Should they apply for the E-Visa or for the Visa on Arrival?

Hello i have a flight connection in Vietnam. My flight destination is from Singapore to Paris with Vietnam airlines and the stop over time between one flight and the other is of 2.55 hours. Im from Colombia. Do i need a transit visa?
