Foreigners who will enter Vietnam for business purposes have to apply for a Vietnam Business Visa (also known as a Vietnam DN Visa).
What is the meaning of Business visa?
In Vietnam, a business visa is also known as a DN visa which is issued for those who enter and remain in Vietnam for a maximum period of 12 months for the purposes of working with Vietnamese enterprises or conducting business activities such as meetings, signing business contracts, etc.
What are the requirements for a Vietnam Business Visa(DN visa)?
To obtain a business visa (DN visa), you need to prepare the required documents as follows.
- Your passport with 6 month validity (at least) and two bank pages for Vietnam’s visa stamp and immigration stamp.
- Two passport photos.
- Sponsorship letter from a licensed company in Vietnam.

How many ways to get Business visa?
There are two ways to apply for a Vietnam Investment Visa:

How much does Business visa cost?
Visa at Vietnam Embassy and Consulate: The fees are various from embassy to embassy and dependent on length of stay and number of entry. Please contact with the Embassy/Consulate for further details.

Besides the application fee of the visa on arrival letter paid online for processing, you will pay a fee between 25 -135 USD directly at the Immigration counters in the airport depending on the length of your visa, this kind of fee is called stamping fee.

Visa at Vietnam Embassy and Consulate: The time of processing is not public, kindly contact the embassy you plan to work with to find out the processing time.
Visa on arrival: 5-7 working days to receive the approval letter (For emergency requests, it can be processed in 2-3 working days)
